Power Health D-Mannose Tablets 30 containing on average 1000mg of D-Mannose which is a simple sugar molecule found naturally in fruits such as cranberries that is proven to help in the prevention and treatment of urinary tract infections such as cystitis. Although it is classed as a 'simple sugar', very little of the sugar is metabolised so it does not interfere with normal blood sugar regulation and is even suitable for diabetics, as well as being suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
