How much do you charge for delivery?

UK delivery - Free on all orders*
Jersey delivery - Free on all orders
European delivery - £7.95
Rest of the World - Cost available by request

*Please note that on some of our low-cost items, a minimum quantity is required. This varies by product and you will see a pop-up message where this applies.


Are my credit card details secure?

Yes, we use Sagepay, one of Europe’s leading independent payment service providers for the transaction which means all your details are very well protected. If you would like some further information, please see our Secure Shopping page.


Are you a registered pharmacy? You do not display the Internet Pharmacy Logo

We are a fully registered pharmacy in Jersey with the States of Jersey (our government) Department of Health and Social Security as well as the Jersey Financial Services Commission, but this means we are unable to use the UK internet pharmacy logo. Our fully qualified Pharmacist is also registered with the UK's National Pharmacy Association (NPA) as well as the UK's General Pharmaceutical Council. I haven't received all of my order?

Please double-check the paperwork in your parcel or your confirmation email, as your order may be dispatched in more than one parcel and arrive at slightly different times. If however, this is not the case please use the contact details above.

Who will deliver my order?

We use Royal Mail to deliver our UK orders and your local postal delivery operator for all other orders. Pharmacy Medicines are sent by Recorded Delivery or International Signed For and a signature will be required on receipt. Please note - Royal Mail (or local postal delivery operators) will only keep an undelivered recorded/signed for parcel for 7 days before returning to us. Please be aware of this if you are away for any length of time such as a holiday.


Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. In this instance simply wait for your order to be delivered and return for a refund.


Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the UK, the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, Europe and most other countries around the world. Please note that not all products are allowed for International Shipping due to Royal Mail regulations on items such as aerosols. If you would like some further country specific information then please contact us.


Can I track my order?

We do not offer that service for UK or Channel Island deliveries but we do for any international orders. We will supply a tracking number with your order, you can then simply enter that number into Jersey Post's Track & Trace system.
