Cystopurin Cranberry Flavoured Granules 3G Pack of 6 are a 48 hour treatment for the symptoms of cystitis. Each pack of Cystopurin contains 6 sachets of powder, low in sodium and with natural cranberry juice extract, which you simply mix with water to make a cranberry flavoured drink. Working by counteracting the acidity of your urine, it helps to relieve the burning, stinging pain on passing water when you are suffering from cystitis. If you begin treatment at the first signs of an attack, you will usually start to feel better within a few hours.
Adults and children over 6 years: Empty the contents of one sachet into a small glass of cold water (200ml) and stir until the granules dissolve to give a cranberry flavoured drink. Take three times daily for two days.
Each Cystopurin sachet contains 3g of the active ingredient, Potassium Citrate BP. In addition each sachet contains mannitol (E421), citric acid (E330), aspartame (E951), natural cranberry flavours (flavours contain cranberry extracts with sugar and ethanol). Contains a source of phenylalanine. Harmful for people with phenylketonurea.
