Adults: 1 tablet per day, dissolved in a glass of water. Children 6-12 years old: Half a tablet per day or as directed by a doctor. Taking more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful.
Vitamin C. Acidity regulator (Sodium carbonates). Citric acid, Flavourings, Colour (Anthocyanins), Zinc citrate. Sweeteners (Aspartame, acesulfame K), Sodium chloride, Antifoaming agent (Dimethyl polysiloxane).
Contains a source of phenylalanine. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
