Adults: 2 tablets per day. Tablets to be chewed. Children 6-12 years old: half a tablet per day or as directed by a doctor. Taking more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful. Regular usage is recommended due to the body's inability to store an essential nutrient contained within Redoxon Double Action.
