Apply as directed on the pack

2.2%w/w N-acetyl glucosamine, 0.5%w/w menthol, 0.1% w/w aesculus hippocastanum (horse chestnut extract).

After application the area will feel immediately cool and slightly "tingly". This effect will last for up to 6 hours, while the soothing effect will last for up to 12 hours.
