These handy tablets melt on your tongue to provide fast relief wherever you are. 10 instant melt tablets. Contains Domperidone 10mg. Relieves nausea, vomiting, bloating, fullness, belching and heart burn. Perfect for when you are travelling. Motilium Instants contain Domperidone which works by blocking dopamine receptors in your brain and gut. By blocking these receptors, food is passed quickly through the stomach and into the small intestine, preventing vomiting and easing nausea and bloating. This also stops food from flowing the wrong way into your oesophagus from your stomach which causes heartburn and indigestion.
