DescriptionFor the local symptomatic relief of pain and inflammation in trauma of the tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints (e.g. due to sprains, strains and bruises) and localised forms of soft tissue rheumatism.
DirectionsRead and retain the enclosed patient information leaflet, Lightly apply a thin layer of the gel over the affected area, Massage gently until completely absorbed, Wash hands after use, unless treating them, Re-apply as required, up to twice more daily, or as instructed by a doctor. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
IngredientsIbuprofen 5.0 % w/w.
WarningsDo not use if:
- You have experienced problems in the past with aspirin, ibuprofen or related painkillers (including when taken by mouth), especially where associated with a history of asthma, allergic rhinitis or urticaria.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if:
- You have ever suffered from asthma.
- You have a stomach ulcer (peptic or gastric ulcer).
- You have ever suffered from kidney problems.
- You have ever shown intolerance to aspirin or ibuprofen taken by mouth.
When aspirin or other Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID) tablets are taken concurrently, it is important to bear in mind that these may increase the incidence of undesirable effects. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Avoid broken skin, the eyes, nose or mouth. If you have any other symptoms after taking this product, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
