Berocca is a high dose formulation of B and C vitamins plus other essential minerals. These key nutrients work in synergy to help you perform at you best and get the most out of the day ahead. Berocca is free from artificial stimulants, so offers a healthy way to help you stay on top form, both physically and mentally.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. 

DirectionsAdults and children over 12: Take 1 Tablet per day dissolved in a glass of water to make a delicious orange -flavoured effervescent drink.
Ingredients

Each tablet provides: Vitamin C 476mg, Thiamin 10.4mg, Riboflavin 13.6mg, Niacin 45.3mg, Vitamin B6 7.1mg, Folacin (folic acid) 366mcg, Vitamin B12 8.6mcg, Biotin 130mcg, Pantothenic Acid 22.7mg, Calcium 95mg, Magnesium 95mg, Zinc 9mg.

contains a source of phenylalanine. Free from artificial preservatives.

Berocca does not contain yeast, gluten or lactose.
