Daktarin Oral Gel
For fungal and associated bacterial infections of the mouth and throat.
Daktarin Oral Gel is used to treat and prevent fungal and bacterial infections of the mouth and throat. It works by destroying the fungus and associated bacteria which may be present.
Daktarin Oral Gel is sugar free and has an orange flavour.
Adults, Elderly and children aged 6 years and over: Squeeze a small amount of gel onto a clean finger and apply to the affected area four times a day after food
Children under 6 years: Squeeze a small amount of gel onto a clean finger and apply to the affected area twice a day after food.
Continue to use for up to two days after the symptoms have cleared.
Active ingredient: Miconazole 20mg per 1g of gel.
Daktarin Oral Gel is usually well tolerated and few undesired effects are likely at the prescribed amounts.
