Migraleve Pink Tablets
For the treatment of migraine attacks which can include symptoms of migraine, headache, nausea and vomiting.
Migraleve Pink tablets have a unique double action, providing powerful relief from migraine headache and associated nausea and vomiting. If taken at the first sign of a migraine, Migraleve Pink tablets can prevent an attack from developing.
Adults over 14 years and elderly: two tablets swallowed immediately it is known that a migraine attack has started or is imminent. Maximum 2 tablets in 24 hours. Children 10-14 years: 1 tablet. Maximum 2 tablets in 24 hours. Not to be given under 10 years except under medical supervision.
Pink film-coated tablet containing: Paracetamol 500mg, Codeine phosphate 8mg, Buclizine hydrochloride 6.25mg.
Side effects with paracetamol are rare but should you experience skin rash or other side effects report to your doctor or pharmacist. Paracetamol taken in high doses may effect the use of metoclopramide, domperidone and anticoagulants including warfarin.
Do not exceed stated dose. Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of overdose, even if you feel well because of the risk of delayed serious liver damage. Do not take with other products containing paracetamol. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product if you suffer from alcoholism, kidney or liver problems, if you are taking any other medicines or if you are pregnant. Codeine is used only in combination with other analgesics and the above warnings and side effects should be adhered to. Codeine can cause constipation. Buclizine is a mild antihistamine.
