Dual action Nurofen Cold & Flu works at the site of pain and relieves congestion. its two active ingredients are formulated to relieve a wide range of cold and flu symptoms, including nasal congestion.
Adults, Elderly and Children 12 years and over: Swallow 2 tablets with water, then if necessary take 1 or 2 tablets every 4 hours.
Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.
Active ingredients: Ibuprofen BP 200mg, Pseudoephedrine HCl Ph.Eur 30mg.
Reactions such as headache, dizziness, skin rash and depression can occur with Ibuprofen. Usage may cause gastric irritation, nausea, dyspepsia and stomach bleeding. Side effects with Pseudoephedrine are rare but may cause sleep disturbance, increased heart rate, skin rash, dry mouth, nose or throat, or difficulty in passing urine. Rarely hallucinations have been reported. Consult your doctor if any symptoms occur.
Do not take:
- If you have or have ever had a stomach ulcer.
- If you are allergic to any of the above ingredients, or to aspirin or any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
- If you have heart problems, high blood pressure, thyroid or prostrate problems, diabetes or glaucoma.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
