We deliver to the following regions: United Kingdom / Channel Islands / Europe

Your order will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days via Jersey Post/Royal Mail Recorded Delivery/International Signed For. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).

Returns

Our returns policy is very simple, if you aren't happy with your purchase please return it in an unused re-sellable condition to us within 10 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund excluding any postage costs.

Warranty Returns

Should your product develop a fault whilst still under warranty, you will be covered under our standard 12 month warranty. Please contact us before returning warranty items as some of our products can be sent directly to the manufacturer to speed up turnaround times. However, you will still be liable to cover any postage costs.
