Anusol Plus Ointment

Promptly relieves itching and burning of uncomplicated internal and external haemorrhoids· Protects irritated tissue.

For the symptomatic relief of uncomplicated internal and external haemorrhoids (piles).

For anal application. Adults over 18 years: Thoroughly cleanse the affected area, dry, and apply ointment on a gauze dressing. Use sparingly at night, in the morning and after each bowel movement up to 4 applications per day. For internal conditions use the rectal nozzle provided and clean after each use. Do not use for longer than 7 consecutive days. Children (under 18 years): Not recommended.

Active ingredients (%w/w): Hydrocortisone acetate 0.25, Bismuth Oxide 0.875, Zinc Oxide 10.75, Bismuth Subgallate 2.25, Balsam Peru 1.875, Benzyl Benzoate 1.25. Other ingredients: petroleum jelly, calcium hydrogen phosphate, anhydrous lanolin, cocoa butter, castor oil, light kaolin, magnesium stearate.

It is possible some people could develop a sensitivity or allergic reaction to this product.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless directed by a physician. If condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days, consult your doctor. In case of bleeding, consult your doctor promptly. Certain persons can develop allergic reactions to ingredients in this product. If the symptom being treated does not subside or if redness, irritation, swelling, pain or other symptoms develop or increase, discontinue use and consult your doctor. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance immediately.
